(AP) -- ORANGEBURG, S.C. (AP) -- The son of a man shot and wounded in the Orangeburg Massacre says he will again file a bill to reopen the investigation into the killings.

The 41st anniversary of the event was commemorated Sunday. Three people were killed and 27 injured on the campus of South Carolina State University when state troopers and other officers fired on a civil rights protest.

This year's commemoration included the first screening of the new documentary: "Scarred Justice: The Orangeburg Massacre 1968."

After the movie, Orangeburg Mayor Paul Miller apologized for the city's support of a white bowling alley owner whose refusal to allow blacks inside sparked the protests.

Rep. Bakari Sellers says he will file a bill for another official investigation into the incident this week.
