A 28 year old Pelion man faces criminal sexual conduct charges.  Lexington County

Deputies say Robert Allen Baker sexullay assualted two young girls on numerous

occasions at his residence  The incidents took place between 2007 and 2009.

Baker is being held without bond at the Lexington County Detention Center.  Baker

was taken into custody after the victim notified investigators.  He is charged with

eight counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.  This case remains under
