A Swansea teen was arrested by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division after being accused of performing sex acts on a toddler.
Eighteen-year-old Joseph Anthony Jett is charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and lewd act on a child under the age of 16.
According to arrest warrants, Jett was 16 when he had the 3-year-old victim perform oral sex on him and other acts for his personal gratification.
The child recently told investigators about the abuse.
The alleged assault happened between July 26, 2006 and July 26, 2007 at a Swansea home.
