A Richland County woman faces charges, accused of fracturing a 3-month-old boy's skull at a daycare center.

It happened at Lollipop Lane on Leesburg Road October 13.

Deputies say Deidre Goff told the mother her son bumped his face on a bouncer.

When the mother took the child home, she noticed his head was swollen and bruised.

She took him to the hospital, and doctors diagnosed him with a fractured skull.

Deputies say Goff's story has holes in it, and have charged her with unlawful conduct toward a child.

She's out of jail on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
