ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) -- A new church that has been meeting in a tent in York County has been told by county officials it has to move because of building and zoning rules.

William Crumby says his 3-month-old Amazing Grace Fellowship is being treated unfairly.

The Herald of Rock Hill reported that county officials say they've tried to accommodate the church, but Cumby won't work with them.

Deniece Hooper says she let the church put up a tent on her property, then was told the church needed a building permit and needed to correct several fire code violations.

County officials say they suggested the church find out if another church would allow them to put the tent in a parking lot.

Cumby said his church has religious freedom to locate where the Lord says it should be.

The church is looking for a new location.
