LANCASTER, S.C. (AP) -- A Lancaster man and woman have died after their motorcycle hit a pickup truck.

Lancaster County Coroner Mike Morris told The Herald of Rock Hill that 33-year-old Jason Flynn and 18-year-old Kayla Faile died in the wreck about 9:45 p.m. Saturday.

Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Jeff Gaskin said the wreck happened about three miles west of Lancaster.

Gaskin says Flynn tried to pass a pickup truck as the driver turned left and the bike hit the truck. The pickup truck driver was not hurt.
