COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Lexington Mayor Randy Halfacre gives his State of Town Address.

Halfacre said, "2012 was a phenomenal year for the Town of Lexington. I believe it will go down as the best in our 152 year history..."

The Mayor highlighted economic development projects and ideas for the future.  

He presented the Interstate 20/Sunset Blvd. Interchange Beautification Project, a new computerized traffic management system, a Historic Downtown Lexington Cell Phone Tour, and an upcoming dog park. 

He also announced his bid for reelection in November, which will be his last.
