COLUMBIA (WACH) - Police say a suspect arrested Tuesday in connection with an armed robbery at a jewelry store is also wanted for murder out of Atlanta, Ga.
Armond Gibson, 23, is charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, criminal conspiracy, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
A judge denied bond for Gibson.
Police are still working to gain information and find a second suspect in the robbery.
During the robbery, police say both suspects were wearing masks and dark clothing.
