COLUMBIA (WACH / AP) - A woman found dismembered in a plastic container at a McDonald's on Parklane Road has been identified.

According Richland County Coroner Gary Watts, 25 year old Temukisa Enele  from Pago Pago, American Samoa, was found dead at a McDonalds Restaurant at  7401 Parklane Road.

Authorities said 25-year-old Faasiu Toese called police around 3 a.m. Wednesday and told officers to look in the back seat of his 2000 Mitsubishi Montero, where his girlfriend's body was in a plastic container.

Deputies say the stabbing happened during an argument at the nearby apartment the couple shared.

Toese is charged with murder. He was being held at the Richland County jail and it wasn't clear if he had an attorney.
