Investigators with the Kershaw County Sheriff's Office arrested a Kershaw County man on charges of criminal sexual conduct and incest.

CAMDEN, SC (WACH) - Investigators with the Kershaw County Sheriff's Office arrested a Kershaw County man on charges of criminal sexual conduct and incest.
The 35-year-old man, whose identity was not released, was arrested at a home in Camden on Saturday, Aug. 11 after the sheriff's office received a "frantic report" about the man sexually assaulting his 17-year-old daughter for more than one year.
The victim and the victim's mother were interviewed at the scene by deputies and the supsect was taken into custody without a struggle, according to authorities.
Officials with the sheriff's office say forensic and physical examinations of the victim supported the victim's claims.
The suspect remains in custody at the Kershaw County Detention Center. Bond was denied on the criminal sexual conduct charge and was set at $75,0000 on the incest charge.
