COLUMBIA (WACH)- Columbia Police are seeking a suspect accused of breaking into a home and showing a knife.

Columbia Police Chief Randy Scott said a man broke into a house on South Bull St. shortly after 5:00 Wednesday afternoon at a home on South Bull St. Scott said the man entered the house through the back door of the home and approached an 11-year-old sitting on a couch and pulled a knife on him.

Scott said the burglar is possibly a black male, between the age of 20 and 30 years old, standing about 6 feet tall and weighing about 160 pounds.

The man had a light mustache and dreadlocks.  He was wearing a black shirt, khaki pants and a skull cap.
