ST. GEORGE, S.C. (AP) -- An 18-year-old man charged in the killing of a pizza deliveryman is facing 20 years in prison.

Jontae Davis accepted a plea deal Tuesday and agreed to testify against the man prosecutors say pulled the trigger in the killing of 20-year-old Maraleius Birdsong in North Charleston last March.

Authorities say Davis and 19-year-old Stephawn Brown ordered food from Domino's Pizza, giving the wrong address. Investigators say when Birdsong arrived, the men attacked him, stole $20 and the food, then shot the deliveryman in the back of the head.

Prosecutors say Brown will stand trial this week on murder and armed robbery charges.

Davis pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and armed robbery and will serve a 20-year sentence on each charge concurrently.
