COLUMBIA (WACH) - A man is accused of exposing himself in front of a father and his 10-year-old daughter on Sunday in Columbia.

The father told police a man walked up to his daughter around 2 p.m. Sunday on Main Street. The suspect is accused of fondling himself in front of the girl.

The father followed the suspect to the 100 block of Taylor Street but lost sight of him soon after.

Police report the girl was not physically hurt.

The suspect is described by police as a white male, possibly wearing brown pants, a tan ‘fishing coat’ with a yellow shirt underneath, and a brown baseball cap.
