COLUMBIA (WACH) - A Columbia man faces another sex-related charge involving a child.
South Carolina Law Enforcement Division officials say 46-year-old Hammond Love is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in connection with a 2004 incident in Hilton Head with a 12-year-old girl.
Agents began investigating the incident at the request of Clemson University.
Last month, SLED agents charged Love with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in connection with an incident they say happened on the Clemson campus in 2005.
In that case, he is accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl.
