SUMTER, SC (WACH) - A 13-year-old boy is charged with sexual battery on a 10-year-old boy

The Sumter County Sheriff's Department said the 13-year-old boy defendant did on about and/or between August 2012 and December 2012 willfully and knowingly commit sexual battery upon a 10-year-old male victim by raping the unidentified victim.

Investigators say the 13-year old was arrested last Friday.
