MANNING, S.C. (AP) -- Authorities say two Manning men have been arrested after threatening a judge and a former prosecutor in a rap video.

Clarendon County Sheriff Randy Garrett told The Item of Sumter (http://bit.ly/UTgu8o ) that 25-year-old Keith Gadson and 28-year-old Rodregiz Cole were charged after investigators found the video on YouTube earlier this month.

Deputies say the men rap in the video that the judge and former prosecutor will find their brains on the boulevard.

A lawyer for one of the men says the arrests violate the men's freedom of speech. The attorney says the men meant no harm, using the names of the only court officials they knew.

The men are charged with threatening the life of a public official and intimidation of a court official.
