COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Is it just us or does Black Friday seem to be kind of a faux pas these days?

More and more retailers are pushing their sales and deals ahead of the traditional Friday rush around Thanksgiving.

Not only are the days changing but even the hours are a bit confusing.

For example Kmart stores are rolling out a "Triple Door Buster," opening at 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day with an hour early start time on Black Friday:

November 22, 2012: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
November 23, 2012: 5:00 am - 11:00 pm
November 24, 2012: 6:00 am - 11:00 pm

Wal-Mart will open its doors at 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, which has some employees protesting across the nation.  Wal-Mart isn't alone in the uproar, Target workers are also upset over their 9 p.m. opening on Black Friday.

If mall shopping is more your speed, Columbiana Centre and Columbia Place will be closed Thanksgiving Day and will open at 6 a.m. for Black Friday.

So we want to know with the longer lines, earlier start times, do you think Black Friday is ruining the tradition of Thanksgiving, if so why?
