COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- It's time for the University of South Carolina to find out who's the best with a pumpkin and a knife.

The school is hosting its fourth annual pumpkin carving contest on Wednesday at the McCutchen House on campus.

Hospitality management students are taking tips from pumpkin carving expert Amy Wong, a graduate student at the school. Students and McCutchen House staff are dressing in Halloween costumes to entertain the crowd.

Voting on the best pumpkin is open to USC students, faculty, staff and lunch guests. Carving starts at 10 a.m.
