WEST COLUMBIA, SC (WACH) - Two West Columbia residents are accused of operating a meth lab at their home, according to officials with the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.
Sheriff James R. Metts says Brandon Tramell Sulton, 32, is charged with second-offense manufacturing methamphetamine and Regina Williams Wangness, 42, is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine. Both individuals were arrested Thursday and taken to the Lexington County Detention Center.
Metts says a search warrant was executed early Thursday morning by officers with the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET) at the Pinecrest Drive home where Sulton and Wangness live.
Officers found that a meth lab was being operated by the suspects at the home using two mason jars and two reaction vessels, according to Metts. Officers arrested Sulton and Wangness at the home.
