COLUMBIA (WACH) – If the thought of speaking in front of a group of people, at work, church, or even at a social event, the Toastmasters are here to help.
Toastmasters, the international non-profit organization created to craft public speaking skills, is holding a free public speaking seminar on Sunday at the main branch of the Richland County Public Library. The seminar will include basic public speaking skills and information about Toastmasters and their services.
The meeting is scheduled for 3:00 pm in the Job Center at the Library on Assembly Street in Columbia, and is free to the public.
Additionally, if you are interested in public speaking, Toastmasters District 58 is hosting speech and evaluation contests on Saturday 29 at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Cross Tower Auditorium.
