COLUMBIA (WACH / AP) – Internet safety issues are the topic of South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson’s tour in two cities in the Palmetto State on Thursday.
Wilson is hosting officials from Facebook at meetings in Columbia and Greenville on Thursday to talk about ways to safely use the social networking website.
Wilson and the Facebook representatives will appear at Richland Northeast High School, focusing on ways that high school students can be safer online. They will then travel to Greenville and appear at Furman University to talk about steps that everyone can take to use the Internet more safely.
