COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Here's a look at some of the stories we're working on for tonight.

A judge has refused to issue a gag order against Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott in the Gabbiee Swainson case.

An attorney for Freddie Grant, the man accused of kidnapping the teenager, asked for the gag order after Sheriff Lott called Grant a monster.

Judge DeAndrea Benjamin's order Wednesday did warn Lott and others that they need to be mindful of their statements to the public.

Gabbiee Swainson hasn’t been seen since August 18.

Also, Columbia police are looking for a man accused of exposing himself to young girls at a school bus stop.

The incident happened a couple weeks ago on West Avenue, which is in the Colonial Heights Community.

If you have any information on the incident, call CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
