At least 1 shot in fight at apartment complex

COLUMBIA (WACH) – The Columbia Police Department is investigating a shooting Wednesday night at the Colony Apartments on West Beltline Blvd. According to CPD spokesman Jennifer Timmons, several people were arguing and fighting with each other behind a building at the apartment complex, resulting in at least one male shot several times.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, and according to Timmons, is in stable condition.

Columbia Police are asking for your assistance in identifying the shooter and proving more information about the incident.
