MANNING, SC (WACH)- Bond has been denied for a Clarendon County man accused of kidnapping his two year old son in Clarendon County earlier this week.

Brandon Lee Dubose is accused of kidnapping his two-year-old son, Brandon Dubose II, from his mother at a Manning convenience store Monday.

Magistrate Shayne Stephens tells WACH-Fox bond was denied  on four charges at a bond hearing held Tuesday evening.  Due to the severity of the charges, Dubose will also have to face a judge in a higher court.   He'll appear at a bond hearing before a General Sessions judge later this week.
