COLUMBIA,SC (WACH) - A group of very special kids were gathered to cheer the Gamecocks on to Omaha. 

Campers from Camp Kemo sent a special message from camp in Batesburg-Leesville to see South Carolina's baseball team's bus to the College World Series.

One of the nations first pediatric oncology camps, Camp Kemo is an overnight camp for children with cancer and hosts more than 100 children each year

Camp Kemo is held each summer for children with cancer and their siblings.  The camp is sponsored by the Palmetto Health foundation.

This year the Camp Kemo is celebrating its 33rd anniversary
