AIKEN, SC (WACH) - Investigators with Aiken Public Safety have arrested one man in connection with an April drive by shooting that killed one person.

Aiken Public Safety announced the arrest of Brandon Keith Ingram Tuesday afternoon.

Ingram is charged with murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and two counts of attempted murder, according to Captain David Turno.

He is accused of murdering Rickie L. Harden, 44, as a result of a drive by shooting on Abbeville Ave. on April 16. Harden was found dead in his bed with a gunshot wound to the head.

Several different law enforcement teams including the Aiken County Sheriff's Office and the Richmond County Sheriff's Office worked with Chief Barranco to obtain information needed to issue an arrest warrant for murder.

Ingram was in custody Tuesday at the Aiken County Detention Center.
