WOW!!!  Another wide open big fat fun Friday show today!!!  Where to begin…at the start, we reckon.

The first lady of Columbia, Deandrea Benjamin joined us to talk about the Let’s Move!  Egg-venture Easter workout and celebration, happening tomorrow at the Charles R. Drew Wellness Center
