Columbia, SC (WACH) --- Dense fog is once again a problem across the Midlands.  Fog will last through about midday, then we`ll see a mostly cloudy to cloudy sky as rain chances will increase late.

Temperatures will also remain above average in the 60s today.  Mild temps will continue tonight with lows closer to our average daytime highs, in the low to mid 50s.  Rain chances will also increase as a disturbance inches closer to the area.

Wednesday will be the best day for shower and thunderstorm chances as a disturbance moves through the Midlands.  Behind the front look for cooler, drier air as we head torward the weekend.
