City: Vandalism reason for sewage overflow

COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Vandalism is the reason for a sewer line to overflow on Scioto Drive in Richland County according to the City of Columbia Wastewater Maintenance Division.

The problem was found shortly after noon Tuesday.

The sanitary sewer overflow occurred near the Crane Creek Estates Subdivision.
