RIDGELAND, S.C. (AP) -- Cameras along Interstate 95 in South Carolina are nabbing motorists for speeding and creating controversy.

The cameras along a 7-mile stretch through the town of Ridgeland are the only ones on the open road along I-95, which runs from Canada to Miami. There's also a camera in Maryland, but it's in a work zone.
