LEXINGTON -- A Lexington woman hopes to win some serious dough in a biscuit bake off with her mouth-watering recipe.
Candace McMenamin is a finalist in the 2010 Pillsbury Bake Off.
The competition started Monday in Orlando.
This will be her third time competing in the contest.
This year's recipe is caliente carnitas with stone fruit salsa.
"It's delicious, inexpensive, and really quick to make," says McMenamin.
She hopes the quick dish will win her the top prize.
