RICHLAND COUNTY -- Three people are in custody after deputies say they robbed the Check into Cash located at 6908 Two Notch Road at about 12:30 pm.

Investigators say two men walked into the business and demanded money at gunpoint from the clerk. The pair then fled on foot to a nearby Best Buy parking lot, where investigators say Latisha Rochelle, 27, was waiting as the getaway driver in a white Chevrolet Impala.

Richland County deputies apprehended them a short distance away on Two Notch Road.

Quincy Vereen, 25, and Devone Hibbler, 27, face charges of armed robbery and kidnapping along with Rochelle.

All three were transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center where they await a bond hearing.
