A white cross stands on Interstate 26 where Adrian Warren's sister was found.

It will be an especially tough time for the older sister knowing she'll celebrate Thanksgiving without younger sister Natasha.

"We can't forget. We can't even grieve because this person is still out there," said Adrian.

Natasha Warren was found shot to death in her car near an Interstate 26 exit ramp back in August. Richland County deputies and Warren's family hit the three-month mark since Natasha's murder, with little clues to go on.

Captain Stan Smith with the Richland County Sheriff's Department knows Interstate 26 is highly travelled and hopes re-visiting this case will jar someone's memory.

"We feel that somebody out there knows what happened to Natasha Warren and who did this to her. We just need that one phone call," said Smith.

A tough-skinned older sister, Adrian had these words for whoever killed her sister, "They're gonna be caught, maybe not today or tomorrow. They're gonna get caught because I believe what you do in the dark will come to light," said Adrian.

Natasha would have turned 24 years old on Saturday.
