Motorists filling up at one Columbia gas station are pumping their gas under an out-of-the-ordinary facade. Sam Hanak recently spent $4,000 to decorate his entire gas station with President Barack Obama’s image and his campaign logo from the 2008 election. But is the signage trademark infringement? We talked to a Columbia lawyer for clarification.

What do you think about using President Obama’s image at a gas station?

	I'd be more likely to buy gas from a place displaying his face and logo.
	I'd go elsewhere to avoid the business.
	It doesn't really matter either way. It all depends on the price.
