Thursday, June 06, 2013  According to Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott, at about 11:30 Saturday night Michael Vann shot and killed Cedric L. Blackwell, 23, shooting him multiple times in the upper body. Lott said the two had an ongoing feud, and had been fighting earlier in the day.
