SC House Ethics decides subpoenas in Haley case

The House Ethics Committee decided whom it wants to testify in its investigation into allegations that Gov. Nikki Haley illegally lobbied while in the House. The six-member committee meets Thursday to vote on whom to subpoena for next week's public hearing.
