A man is behind bars and another person dead after a weekend shooting just outside Winnsboro.
Around 6 Sunday morning, deputies say a group of young men were at a home in the Blackjack community when someone opened fire.
Deputies say they have 20-year-old Chanin Johnson in custody. Fairfield County Chief Deputy Keith Lewis says he is a possible suspect.
