Wednesday, July 13, 2011  Columbia officials are advising residents on Shop Road to boil their water after experiencing a break in a water main.  The city's department of water works says the 24 inch main ruptured near South Beltline Boulevard, which possibly introduced contaminants to the water supply.

Sunday, August 15, 2010  The City of Columbia Water Works has issued a boil water advisory for residents.  The advisory affects water customers along Monticello Road from Duke Avenue to Heyward Brockington Road, and all areas West of Monticello Road to the Broad River.
