Singer Dolly Parton is hoisting the Jolly Roger in Myrtle Beach as she opens her new dinner theater this weekend. Parton said Friday her western-themed Dixie Stampede show was very successful over 19 years but says it was time for a change and pirates are a theme that everyone can enjoy.
