  • Tropical Storm Ophelia forms, not a threat

    Wednesday, September 21, 2011  Tropical Storm Ophelia is moving west over the Atlantic, while a new tropical depression has formed in the Pacific south of Mexico.  Ophelia has maximum sustained winds early Wednesday near 45 mph with some gradual strengthening possible during the next day or so.
