Thursday, April 21, 2011  New documents uncovered this week show Gov. Nikki Haley and her staff may have been unprepared for the controversy following a USC board member replacement.  Over one month ago, it was discovered Haley was replacing Darla Moore, the school's top contributor, with Lexington attorney Tommy Cofield who donated to the Haley campaign in 2010.
