An Orangeburg man has been arrested and charged with killing his girlfriend several months ago. The Times and Democrat of Orangeburg reported 26-year-old Carlos Kemp has been charged with beating 28-year-old Ebony Renne Bryant in May. Bryant's body was found last week under a pile of trash.
