Just two weeks after Midlands resturant owner Steve Kim was shot and killed at his Decker Boulevard business, Dino's is now back open.

Monday, February 28, 2011
A funeral was held for Steve Kim at Greenlawn Memorial on Leesburg Road Monday and was followed by a burial at Fort Jackson. Police say Kim was shot and killed at Dino's Restaurant during a crime spree last week.

Authorities are questioning why a violent criminal with a long rap sheet was on the streets able to commit several robberies and a murder earlier this week. Investigators say Mario Stokes robbed multiple businesses at gunpoint, carjacked a woman, and murdered a Forest Acres restaurant owner Tuesday night before committing suicide in front of police.
