Gas prices in Columbia dropped significantly over the past week to $3.21 per gallon of unleaded. On average, the cost wend down nearly a dime in the Midlands. According to ColumbiaGasPrices.com, that's 74.8 cents higher than last year at this time and 12.8 cents lower than one month ago.
