Federal nuclear regulators are meeting with Duke Energy officials about apparent violations at a South Carolina plant that lost offsite power in April. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is holding a conference Tuesday in Atlanta on the Catawba Nuclear Station, which is located on Lake Wylie in York County. The public is invited.
