A spokesman for Attorney General Alan Wilson said Monday that SLED Chief Mark Keel and the judge should get the paperwork Monday. Wilson last week approved sending the case to a grand jury for review, but that action requires approval from Keel and the judge in charge of the grand jury's operations.

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is putting her husband on a panel that will help pick a replacement for State Law Enforcement Division Chief Reggie Lloyd. Lloyd plans to leave the job in June. His term would normally end in January, but Lloyd said last month he'll leave early.
