SCE&G to test siren warning systems in the Midlands

Sirens located near the Lake Murray Dam and the nuclear station in Fairfield County will be tested next week.

SCE&G will activate the 106 sirens within a 10 mile radius of the plant around 1 p.m. The test will last three minutes.
