Tuesday, July 19, 2011  The manager of a Myrtle Beach night club was charged with interfering with the rights of a blind or disabled person when he refused to allow a veteran with a service dog enter the club.  The 24-year-old vet tried to enter the Penthouse Club early last Saturday morning but was told he and his service dog could not enter.
