A judge has denied bond for the man charged with shooting an Aiken police officer to death. Funeral arrangements have been scheduled for Master Cpl. Sandra "Sandy" Rogers for Wednesday at the University of South Carolina Aiken Convocation Center. Burial is taking place at Historic Bethany Cemetery in downtown Aiken.
