CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) -- One of six people accused of organizing fights at a state-run facility for the mentally and physically disabled in Texas has been arrested in South Carolina. Federal authorities say they arrested 22-year-old D'Angelo Riley on Friday at a relative's home in Charleston, S.C. He is awaiting extradition to Texas.
